Minimum AEWV eligibility Requirements for the Accredited Employer Work Visa
To comply with AEWV eligibility criteria for the Accredited Employer Work Visa, migrants must meet at least one of the below conditions:

Maximum Stay Duration for AEWV
Unless noted otherwise, most holders of AEWV can stay for a maximum of 3 years. However, if holders have one of the jobs on the Green List, are in Transport or Care Sector agreements, earning 1.5 times the median wage, or are in ANZSCO level 1-3 at market rates, then are subject to different terms. Depending on the occupational and salary level of the role, holders of the AEWV may qualify for a 5-year permit.

Certain accrediated employers may be eligible to reside in New Zealand. This can be achieved via the pathways of Green List Straight to Residence, Green List Work to Residence, Skilled Migrant Category, or Sector Agreement pathways.
