Only after the job check has been successful may a migrant worker be hired for an AEWV. If a candidate for a migrant job is not employed, the employer may offer the position to another qualified applicant without having to do another job verification.
   
• Step 3: Check Migrant Worker:- A migrant worker must be in good physical and mental health, meet character requirements, and have the skills and information required by the employment check.
