Rafael was born in China where he gained his bachelor’s degree in Arts and Administration from the Communication University of China. He moved to New Zealand to pursue Masters in Public Policy from the University of Auckland.

With his in-depth study into New Zealand social policy, he found himself being interested in immigration policies and started studying to be a licensed immigration adviser. Since then, he has been working in the field of immigration.

He is excited to contribute his professionalism towards Zealand Immigration. As an engaging communicator with a proven track record in the immigration field, he focuses on dealing with clients’ cases in detail and professionally and aims at achieving the satisfactory results for clients because he understands how important it is for his clients.
