Gaurav is also very experienced with Immigration New Zealand, and has special expertise and a strong reputation for dealing with complex immigration cases.

Rajni joined Zealand Immigration in 2013.

She keeps herself fully occupied with her entrepreneur husband, Guarav, and three adorable children.

Susan completed her Master’s Degree in Business Management in 2016 and joined Zealand Immigration in the same year. She has worked in numerous roles for the company, including office coordination and business development, and is now one of Zealand Immigration’s most experienced advisers and long-standing employees.

Before joining Zealand Immigration, Susan gained hands-on experience in a mentoring role in India's teaching industry. She also has personal experience with New Zealand's immigration system, and understands its different processes and visa categories.

All of this allows Susan to use her experience and knowledge to help her clients navigate the immigration system and any issues they may encounter.

Additionally, she is a registered migration agent for Australia, and can help clients move to and settle there.

Yitesh Sharma

Yitesh Sharma leads our nationwide operations as the General Manager at Zealand Immigration, bringing more than 17 years of experience across business development, people management, customer service, marketing, sales, and the laboratory sector.

Being a migrant himself, Yitesh understands the challenges, emotions, and complexities that come with starting a new life in New Zealand. This personal journey fuels his passion for supporting migrants and guiding employers who rely on global talent to grow. His approach is built on empathy, clarity, and a strong commitment to delivering a smooth and trusted immigration experience for every client.

In his leadership role, Yitesh oversees our teams across New Zealand, ensuring that service quality, communication, and client outcomes remain at the highest standard. He works closely with our Licensed Immigration Advisers, business clients, and strategic partners to streamline processes and strengthen the overall client journey.

Jana was born in Slovakia and studied law at Comenius University, completing her master's degree in 2017. During her legal studies, she worked part-time in the Executor’s Office and Mediation and Arbitration Court. Jana has since moved to New Zealand, giving her personal knowledge and insight into the immigration process here.

Jana joined Zealand Immigration in September 2019, and is now one of its leading licensed immigration advisers. She is full of energy and loved by clients for her dedication and commitment to to positive outcomes for them.

Rimple completed a Master’s Degree in Finance in 1998 and the Graduate Certificate in New Zealand Immigration Advice (Level 7) in 2012. Since then, Rimple has worked extensively in immigration and recruitment, holding roles such as HR Advisor, Recruitment Specialist, Immigration Team Leader, Manager, and Senior Licensed Immigration Adviser with leading recruitment and immigration companies. Rimple has also helped employers secure skilled talent while guiding clients through complex visa processes.

With qualifications spanning finance, immigration, real estate, and financial services, Rimple combines regulatory expertise with strong client engagement skills. This breadth of experience allows Rimple to help clients and employers navigate New Zealand’s immigration system with confidence and clarity.

Femin was born and raised in Kerala, India, and moved to New Zealand with her husband. She holds a Law degree and a Masters in International Law, where her thesis focused on the impacts of immigration policies on human rights. This research ignited her passion for immigration, leading her to pursue a Graduate Diploma in Immigration Advice at Toi Ohomai to deepen her understanding of the industry.

Although new to the immigration sector, Femin is deeply motivated by the transformative impact migration has on individuals and families. Having personally experienced the migration journey, she is eager to help others navigate the complexities of immigration. Outside of work, Femin enjoys outdoor activities, especially long drives, and is always keen to explore new places. She is fluent in Malayalam, which she can speak, read, and write.

Bhavna holds a Master’s degree in International Law and Politics from the University of Canterbury, and has worked with esteemed organizations such as Community Law and Shakti International in Christchurch.

She is also a qualified lawyer from India, with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Punjab University, Chandigarh.

She has professional experience in legal documentation, healthcare and hospitality.

As a legal executive, she liaises with clients, collects documents, and supports cases. She is also pursuing a Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice and aims to become a licensed immigration adviser.

After gaining multiple accounting qualifications, Daphne joined the auditing team at Deloitte. In 2015, after 3 years of practical experience, she was admitted as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). In 2020, she advanced to Fellowship status (FCCA), the highest achievement awarded to members.

Daphne has over a decade of experience in the audit, accounting and finance fields. She has worked across a broad range of sectors and roles as well, including manufacturing, retail, civil and infrastructure construction, and investment.

She joined Zealand Immigration in 2023, and handles the accounts.

I have been in NZ since 2010 and I come from a strong community support background in New Zealand, where I have worked closely with refugee and migrant communities. I have provided interpreting services, as well as general settlement support, helping individuals and families adjust to life in a new country.
I also have experience tutoring Mathematics, Science, and English to refugee settlers, supporting their education and integration.
In addition, I have worked in phlebotomy with New Zealand Blood Services, which has given me valuable healthcare experience.
With this diverse background, I am passionate about providing empathetic, culturally aware, and practical support to people navigating settlement and immigration processes.
